  • Precise location (GPS) while you use the App for accepting jobs, navigation, and confirming pickups/deliveries
  • If enabled, background location to support features like availability, live tracking during an active job, and operational support

D. Operational and delivery data

  • Job/shipment events (pickup/drop-off timestamps, status updates, proof of delivery indicators, scanned codes where applicable)
  • Support messages you send to us

E. Device and app data

  • IP address, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data
